The seminar is part of the IPU's efforts to enhance the capacity of parliaments to assume their responsibilities in the context of violent conflict and aims to provide an opportunity to parliamentarians from all over South-East Asia to get a better understanding of the fields of conflict resolution, reconciliation and transitional justice and institutional reform.
