Cutting methane now is the fastest lever we have to cool the planet. Jointly organized by the IPU, the UN Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) and the UN Economic Commission for Europe (ECE), the webinar entitled Can reducing methane emissions build a healthier, more sustainable future?  proposes a collaborative dialogue among parliaments, governments, civil society and experts to discuss the impact of methane emissions and successful approaches to reducing them at the national level.

The webinar will take place on 11 December 2025 from 09:30–11:00 CET. The working languages will be English and French.
