The IPU Parliamentary Meeting is the leading event for national parliaments during the 31st session of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP31). This longstanding initiative will bring together parliamentarians from around the world to turn climate commitments into concrete implementation.

The Parliamentary Meeting, jointly organized by the IPU and the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye, will be held in the COP31 Green Zone. The meeting will conclude with the adoption of an outcome document.

The organizers cannot assist with COP31 accreditation or logistics (visas, accommodation, transportation).
