This seminar, jointly organized by the IPU and the Parliament of Montenegro, will bring together parliamentarians from across the Western Balkans to exchange views, share experiences, and strengthen parliamentary engagement in responding to the urgent challenges of climate change. It will offer an important platform to discuss how parliaments can support the implementation of international climate and environmental commitments and foster enhanced regional cooperation on green transitions.
