Fast-tracking HIV treatment: Parliamentary action and policy options

HIV treatment is a cornerstone of the AIDS response, helping to prevent AIDS-related deaths and avert new infections. People are still dying, however, because HIV treatment is not reaching all who need it. This publication lists actions that parliamentarians can take to increase access to HIV treatment and provides illustrations of good practice by legislatures and individual parliamentarians.
