Examples of AI governance in parliaments

Summary

14.00 - 15.00 Central European Summer Time

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is revolutionizing governance worldwide, offering innovative solutions to enhance parliamentary functions and public engagement. As AI technologies advance, parliaments are adopting diverse frameworks to integrate AI responsibly and effectively.

During this webinar, you will be introduced to the new version of the IT Maturity Assessment proposed by the European Parliament, particularly the new AI dimension.

This webinar will then bring together representatives from three parliaments to share their experiences in developing and implementing AI governance frameworks. Each presentation will delve into the unique approaches, challenges, and successes encountered, providing valuable insights for other parliaments considering AI integration.

By exploring these use cases, webinar participants will gain a deeper understanding of the practicalities of AI governance frameworks, fostering informed discussions on best practices and collaborative opportunities.
