The World e-Parliament Report 2026 draws on data from 118 parliaments and chambers across 89 countries, together with two supranational parliaments, making it the most comprehensive assessment of parliamentary digital transformation available. The findings matter to a wide audience: members and political leadership setting institutional direction, Secretaries General overseeing implementation, and ICT and administrative staff managing the tools and data that make digital transformation possible.

This webinar will present the report’s key findings and what they mean in practice. It will set out where parliaments currently stand in their digital maturity, what distinguishes those making the fastest progress, and where the risks and gaps remain. For members and parliamentary leadership, the report offers an evidence base for decisions on strategy, governance and investment. For administrative and technical staff, it provides a benchmark against which to assess their own parliament's progress and priorities.

The session will be of value to anyone with a stake in how parliaments adapt to a digital environment, whether from a political, administrative or technical perspective.
