Survey of Members of Myanmar’s Union and Region & States Parliaments (Hluttaws)

The IPU invites you to submit a Proposal to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for a survey of Members of the Union and Region & State Parliaments in Myanmar.Please note that this RFP is open only for eligible organisations registered in Myanmar.

This RFP includes the following documents:

Section 1:  Instructions to Proposers (including Data Sheet) 

Section 2:Terms of Reference

Section 3:Proposal Submission Form

Section 4:Technical Proposal Form

Section 5:Financial Proposal Form

Your offer, comprising of a Technical and Financial Proposal, in separate sealed envelopes, should be submitted in accordance with Section 2.

You are kindly requested to submit a letter advising whether your company intends to submit a Proposal to IPU at the following email addresses:  [email protected] and [email protected]. The letter should be received by IPU no later than 8 September 2017. Note that a bidders’ meeting is scheduled for 29 August 2017.
